Good Coho Fishing In The Dungeness

The Dungeness River has been putting out some fairly good Coho fishing the past couple of days. It's just like most of our other rivers that have finally seen an influx of water with our Fall rains and with it a good push of fish from the saltwater. One of our customers was on the lower Dungeness down by the schoolhouse at Jamestown and saw numerous guys packing out fish late yesterday afternoon.

You'll just have to watch the weather to make sure we just don't end up with a little too much rain which will end up making the river unfishable.

If you have never fished the Dungeness it's a nice fishable smallish stream that has fairly good access in quite a number of spots from the Bay up to the hachery above Hwy 101.

Give it a try if you have a little time.
