Pacific Northwest Fishing Reports

Due to lower than expected returns of salmon and steelhead to the Columbia River both WDFW and ODFW have decided to close a good portion of the Columbia.

The Spring Chinook Fishery on the Columbia will close at the end of the day Friday, April 8th 2016. This is one day sooner than was scheduled. I am sure there will be lots of irritated anglers and guides that were planning to fish Saturday.
