The ever popular Anacortes Salmon Derby will be held on March 30 & 31. This event is so popular that every year the derby is sold out long before the event. Already over half of the 1000 tickets that are available are in fact sold.

Ted's has two new colors of Yamashita Gold Star squids in the popular 35 size. These new colors are the OMW35R and OA35R. Both are a grey/green top color, one with a milky white under body, the other a pearl UV (Ultra Violet) under body.

While we are very much past the prime squidding season, we are still hearing some fair reports coming from those fishing the Seattle waterfront. We had one of the regular customers in this afternoon that managed to jig up five pounds.
