The Nooksack River system was added to the non retention of hatchery list as it to is not meeting escapement goals. Closure will go into effect on January 1st. I think our steelhead are in reel trouble this season! I hope that I am wrong!

The Everett Flats portion of Marine Area 8-2 will close to recreational crabbing in January 2020. This closure is due to the historical proportion of soft shell crab in area during this period. Make sure to read through this notice...

As of January 1st 2020 the limit on hatchery steelhead will be reduced to one on the Walla Walla, Touchet, Tucannon and Grande Ronde Rivers.
