With an expected return of 35,000 plus sockeye returning to Lake Wenatchee this year WDFW in opening the lake on August 3rd. It will be a four fish limit with a minimum sice limit of 12 inches.
Thursday, July 30th will be the last day for Chinook retention in Marine Area 5. The Chinook encounters will be met by the end of the day, thus ending the season.
